The Dodo

$700.00

Mosaic canister creation. I have never seen another anything like it. Cutting edge is 80 layer 1084/15n20. 7” blade length 2 7/8” heel height. Distal taper. Thin behind the edge. Double dyed stabilized ambrosia maple Burl handle. Through pin at the back of the handle.

Comfortable, unusual kitchen art and this one performs exactly how I like a high heel chef knife. Looks like a dodo bird to me and will be a conversation piece in any kitchen.
